Description de la mission

You will be part of the « R&D Customer Support » organization whose mission consists in serving, taking care and satisfying our Users, Customers & Partners thanks to Superior Technical Expertise.
Within the « Europe Technical Customer Support » Team, you will be responsible for the analysis and the resolution of issues/technical questions coming from our customers/partners/own employees on ENOVIA products with a focus on Europe geography.
What your role will be?
You will have the responsibility to :

Provide assistance on ENOVIA V6 / 3DEXP products including methodology, customization, installation, DB and Performances, Capacity and Scalability management.

Advocate customer requests but also R&D product strategy.

Lead the knowledge on DS Brands products in all Europe Technical Support.

Coordinate communications between yourself, development and the customers.

Coordinate efforts with R&D and other DS teams to meet customer’s targets.

Build and enhance reliable relationships with DS customers and partners.
Your key success factors
Degree in Computer science or equivalent plus a minimum of one year related customer-facing experience preferred.
Profil recherché
Knowledge in the following areas:
-
Strong knowledge of ENOVIA V6 products (especially VPM V6, 3DLIVE, 3DIndex and customization).

Operating Systems : UNIX, Windows and Linux.

Database : Oracle, DB2 administration and tuning to optimize performances.
-
Knowledge of CATIA V6/3DEXEP administration is mandatory.

Knowledge on network architecture and optimization. Skills on network application monitoring like Fiddler, Wireshark.

Knowledge in development would be appreciated
