As the main contact person for the International SamBoat users, your tasks will be to:

• Meet customer needs
• Handle incoming calls, emails and chats from German and international customers
• Prospecting for owners by phone and email
• Proposal of tailor-made offers adapted to customer needs
• Treatment of disputes
• Ensure the quality of SamBoat service

• You are an organized person
• German Speaker and, at least, French or English fluent
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly customer satisfaction oriented
